Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, 3D Max (Vray), Adobe PhotoShop.
• A Required language(s): Chinese, English, Malay & other local dialects.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.

Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full consultancy work from conceptual presentation to project completion.
• Passionate in design industry, pursue for creativity.
• Prepare design proposal, layout plans, 3D drawing and material proposal.
• Responsible, good communication & presentation skill.
• Fully understand renovation & site issue.

Added advantages of possess the relevant experiences:

• To carry out design documentation, specifications and detailing including cost evaluation.
• Analyzes tender documents comprises of BQ, tender clarifications and pricing etc.
• Ability to source for suppliers and subcontractors quotation for tendering.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting activities & banking.
• Ensure timely collection & payment.
• Manage accounting documents and filing.
• Handle financial ad-hoc task as required.
• Any others duties when as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM / LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• Required skill(s) SQL Accounting (training will be provided), computer literate.
• With working experience in the related field would be an advantage.
• Required languages: English, Chinese and Malay & other local dialects.
